LOCAL DELIVERIES WILL BE ON A TUESDAY & FRIDAY.

(Please ensure we have your orders confirmed 24 hours prior to delivery.)

We use DHL who offer a NEXT DAY delivery service.

WE DISPATCH ORDERS ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS ONLY ! 

Please place your order before 10:00am on Saturday for a Monday dispatch.

Please place your order before 10.00am on Monday for a Tuesday dispatch.

Please place your order before 10.00am on a Tuesday for a Wednesday dispatch.

Please place your order before 10:00am on a Wednesday for Thursday dispatch.

In times of extreme heat your product may start defrosting.

We pack and insulate your order using temperature controlled boxes and it leaves us deep frozen.

We will not accept responsibility for it defrosting in these circumstances.

Blu’s will not be responsible if the customer decides to re-arrange the delivery day/time for parcels containing frozen items which cause the products to defrost or get damaged. 

DHL do not “guarantee” next day delivery – in 99.9% of circumstances it is delivered next day, but mistakes and delays do happen. We will not accept responsibility for these delays which are out of our control.

Please note: A Minimum order of 5kg is required on all FROZEN items. 
We need to make sure your items are compacted enough to ensure they arrive to you as cold as possible.

6kg – 29kg  £6.95

30kg – 59kg  £12.50

60kg – 100kg  £25.00

RETURNS:   

We do not accept returns on any frozen products.
All products leave us deep frozen to ensure you receive them in good condition.
Any issues with frozen items must be reported to us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
